The notice of cancellation must be in writing (fax or mail is acceptable) as determined by the registrar. Notice of cancellation by email or ticket system can not be processed.

An informal notice including costumer ID, package number (web...) and domains to be cancelled is sufficient. Please indicate if domains are to be deleted (CLOSE) or released for provider changeover (CHPROV). Additionally, we would like to know the cause of cancellation.

Please send your notice of cancellation to the address indicated below at least 4 weeks before contract extension.
